Louisiana State Treasurer John Schroder, Rep. Polly Thomas, Rep. Chris Hazel '83 and Senator Jack Donahue '62, met with our seventh graders yesterday during a visit to the State Capitol.
Hazel talked with the students about what it means to be a Holy Cross Man and shared the impact his Holy Cross education had on his life as a servant leader. There are currently four Holy Cross graduates serving in the Louisiana Legislature, and they officially recognized our students on the House Floor during their visit yesterday.
We thank all of these servant leaders for taking time to share with our students about what it means to put the needs of others first.
