Beginning in January, Holy Cross will implement Card Payment Only ticketing at all athletic home events. Fans will be able to purchase tickets online through Holy Cross’s GoFan page, the GoFan app on their mobile device, or by presenting a debit/credit card (or mobile payment option) at the ticket gate.
While cashless ticketing will be new to some, this process is being used by most schools throughout the U.S. and the procedure has several benefits making it a better option than cash at the gate:
- Efficiency and professionalism at the ticket gate,
- Fans can easily access and share tickets (email or text) without standing in line,
- Ticket sales can be digitally refunded if events are canceled,
- The school can track ticket sales in real-time to account for capacity limitations,
- Gate setup will promote social distancing, &
- Limit person-to-person contact and the physical exchange of cash.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online prior to arrival. For your convenience, signage will be set up at the venue to allow fans to navigate an online purchase easily. Furthermore, ticket stations will be set up to support card and mobile payment options at the ticket gates.

1. How does a fan purchase a ticket?
There are three ways to purchase a ticket
- Download the GoFAN app and create an account (Apple Devices only) and then search for Holy Cross School and select the New Orleans school.
- Using any internet device go to gofan.co and search for Holy Cross School and select Holy Cross New Orleans and search for the event you wish to attend.
- Use the QR CODE on this webpage.

2. Can fans transfer tickets to others?
Yes, purchased tickets are transferable to children, spouses, family, friends, or anyone else via text or email. Please review the instructions in your email or on your GoFAN app.
